CIVIC FRAMEWORK - HTML VERSION

This license applies strictly to the Civic Framework HTML Version.
By downloading, installing, or using this product, you agree to the
terms outlined below.

1. LICENSE TYPE

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the
Civic Framework HTML template for one (1) project or client per
license purchase.

This license covers:
- Personal projects
- Commercial projects
- Client work (one client per license)

2. PERMITTED USES
--------------------------------------------------

You MAY:
- Modify the HTML, CSS, JS, and assets to fit your project.
- Use the template in one website, application, or client project.
- Host the template on any web server.
- Combine the template with your own backend or CMS.

3. RESTRICTIONS
--------------------------------------------------

You MAY NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the template in its original or
  modified form.
- Include the template in any product intended for resale.
- Offer the template as a downloadable resource.
- Convert the template into a theme or template for resale on any
  marketplace.
- Use the HTML version to create derivative products for distribution.

4. COPYRIGHT NOTICE REQUIREMENT

The footer copyright notice:
"© Ace Intl Media" (or the version included in the template)

**MUST remain visible and intact** in all uses of the template unless
you have obtained explicit written permission from Ace Intl Media to
remove or replace it.

Removing, hiding, or altering the copyright notice without permission
is a violation of this license.

5. OWNERSHIP

All files, assets, and design elements included in this package are the
intellectual property of Ace Intl Media. You are purchasing a license
to use the product, not ownership of the product itself.

6. LIABILITY
--------------------------------------------------

Ace Intl Media is not responsible for:
- Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the template.
- Conflicts with third-party software or hosting environments.
- Loss of data or business interruption.

The template is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. SUPPORT
--------------------------------------------------

Support includes:
- Bug fixes related to the HTML version
- Missing assets
- Documentation issues

Support does NOT include:
- Custom modifications
- Integration into third-party systems
- Backend development

8. SEPARATION OF VERSIONS
--------------------------------------------------

This license applies ONLY to the **HTML version** of Civic Framework.

It does NOT cover:
- Civic Framework PHP Version
- Any dynamic or backend-enabled version
- Any future versions unless explicitly stated

Each version is licensed separately.

9. TERMINATION
--------------------------------------------------

This license is automatically terminated if:
- You violate any terms of this agreement
- You redistribute or resell the product
- You use the product in more than one project without purchasing
  additional licenses

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the product.
